From the sunlit shores of Eastern Australia to the vibrant music scenes of the UK and mainland Europe, my guitar journey has been one of passion, exploration and connection. As a full-time professional musician, I have absorbed a wide range of musical influences that have shaped me into a versatile and dynamic musician. In London, I became host of West London's longest running open mic night, a platform that has welcomed countless artists, a thriving music scene and celebrated live music for over 20 years. My musical repertoire is vast and includes pop, rock, grunge, blues, hip hop, soul, metal, country, folk, alternative rock and jazz. Whether performing in bands, trios, duos or solo, I have learned to appreciate the richness of each style. Beyond the stage, I have recorded, produced and released my own albums. Recorded, produced and released albums while honing my skills in sound engineering, mixing, mastering and video production to bring my artistic visions to life. As a teacher, I know that every student is unique. Some learn best by listening, others by sheet music and my approach is to tailor lessons to each individual's needs. I often teach using songs that appeal to my students and if they don't know where to start, I draw on a repertoire of over 1,000 songs to inspire and challenge them. My goal is to make learning to play guitar an enjoyable, rewarding and personal journey by adapting my methods to ensure each student progresses with confidence. For me, music is not just a skill - it is a lifelong passion, a journey not a destination.
